April 1, 2023 – Pinion*, a ‘Top 100’ accounting and business advisory firm focused in food and agriculture, biofuels, manufacturing, and regionally-based industries, announced the appointment of five new firm principals: Dari Basore, Geri Arndt, Grant Gattis, Kevin Ananian and Megan Johnson.

New Principals:

Dari Basore is a wealth management consultant with Pinion Wealth, providing expert investment advice for individuals, family-owned and closely-held businesses. She is the firm leader in retirement plan services, helping employers make the most of their resources through profit sharing, employee stock ownership plans and competitive 401(k) plans. She is based in Kansas.

Geri Arndt provides expert tax and accounting advisory to create efficiencies, profitability, and optimized tax structure. Her insights and deep tax knowledge aid agriculture businesses, growers, ranchers, and community clients. She is based in California.

Grant Gattis leads the Next Generation team and provides expert guidance to help business owners optimize, expand or transition their businesses. He specializes in consulting, taxation and advisory for businesses within the agriculture, manufacturing and real estate industries. He is based in Colorado.

Kevin Ananian is a recognized leader in tax preparation and financial reporting for farmers, food processors, ag retailers, trucking companies and landowners. He specializes in complex accounting, entity structuring, success planning and reorganizations. He is based in California.

Megan Johnson oversees the financial operations for Pinion, providing valuable insights to drive the firm’s strategic plans and business decisions. She provides unique business solutions to overcome operational challenges and to achieve company initiatives. She is based in Colorado.
