Kevin Ananian, Principal, Pinion, LLC

Kevin provides tax preparation and financial reporting for farmers, food processors, ag retailers, trucking companies and landowners. He specializes in tax planning, complex accounting, entity structure and success planning and reorganizations. He also serves farm cooperatives with tax return reviews and preparation.

Kevin leverages his experience in corporate and flow-through taxation, and in-depth financial analysis to further the organizations he serves. For example, acting as the senior auditor during a large handler’s conversion to food processing, he consulted on the set up of an inventory costing system and other facility improvements for a smooth transition.

Coming from a farming family where one grandpa grew tomatoes, grapes, and tree fruits and the other designed and built agricultural equipment – Kevin spent many days in a tractor and a field. He cut his teeth on his first job delivering table grapes to local cold storage during his grandpa’s grape harvest.

Appreciative of his ag roots, Kevin participates in local agricultural community activities, viewing public accounting as a chance to help producers and businesses plan for their future and increase the chances of long-term financial success.
