Next month I’ll join my counterparts from around the country in the K·Coe PRO Summit, a virtual conference designed to help businesses manage operations and navigate disruption and impacts during the COVID-19 pandemic and economic crisis.

Our business advisors are on the front lines of hearing concerns, navigating issues and fielding questions during this unsettling time, which has been disruptive to both personal lives and operational planning.

Essentially, K·Coe PRO is a two-day virtual event centered around what matters to businesses most right now:  how to move business forward during times of disruption.

“The idea came to us after speaking with many clients who were struggling to make decisions for their businesses – both in the moment, and looking ahead,” says Jeff Wald, CEO of K·Coe Isom.  “We are all feeling a little lost through this, and K·Coe’s leaders wanted to provide proactive information for businesses to establish solid footing, understand their options, and make good decisions to ride out 2020, and beyond.”

Regardless of your industry or geographic area, this virtual conference provides every business the opportunity to hear new perspectives and learn from real operational experiences during the pandemic, as well as get critical updates and answers to top concerns.

K·Coe PRO is an event that is jam-packed with 30+ topics to choose from, live Q&A opportunities, and expert panel discussions developed to help businesses enable Progress, build Resilience, and find Opportunities.

K·Coe PRO Tackles Hot Topics for Businesses

Here are a few of the pressing topics that businesses today can’t afford to miss:

Turn Business Disruption into Opportunity

Keynote speaker, New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-selling author, and strategic advisor to executives from Fortune 500 companies, Daniel Burrus, will kick off the event with a motivational presentation on how businesses should aim to “Turn Business Disruption into Opportunity.”

CARES Act & Legislative Outlook: Pandemic and Election-year Possibilities

“The government programs that were intended to help businesses survive through the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting economic crisis impacts are quickly running out – of time and/or funding,” says Brian Kuehl, Director of Government and Public Affairs at K·Coe Isom.

“Congressional representatives are discussing additional programs in an effort to avoid the collapse of many businesses, and everything is charged in Washington, D.C. right now – rapid changes are expected.  It’s more important than ever stay abreast of available programs and stimulus opportunities for your business.”

Managing Financial Health in Uncertain Times

“The most common questions we’re getting right now are financially-based concerns.  With tighter lender restrictions, slow pay on receivables, and the unknown long-term impact of recovery, it becomes mission critical for businesses to create a play book for their financial health,” advises Kala Jenkins, Business Consultant at K·Coe Isom.

2020 Lessons Learned and Forward Strategies

A panel of executives will share examples of the importance of adaptation, management, and survival through times of disruption.

I hope you’ll join us for two-days of virtual expertise on topics related to COVID-19 best business practices – from protecting your wealth during volatile times and finding land opportunities, to automating the workplace, improving lender relationships and building a sustainable organization.

*In case you are unavailable on those dates, sessions will be recorded and registration to the event will provide access to presentations and materials following the event.
