THE KCOE ISOM EXPERIENCE
About the Summer Leadership Program

Welcome to this in-person experience, where you will have an opportunity to network and collaborate with other student leaders and professionals from KCoe, as you gain insights about how leadership is in your DNA.

These insights include:

  • Understanding your style, your strengths and limitations, so you can be doing work that you are well suited for and that you will excel at and enjoy
  • Learning about your leadership style and ways to strengthen it
  • Creating productive relationships so that you can spend your time collaborating and solving problems, rather than diffusing conflict
  • Exemplifying the characteristics of a financial professional in a constantly changing environment
  • Learning how to lead through exponential change by utilizing your own skills as well as leveraging the skills of your team to work together for success
About KCoe Isom

With roots dating back to 1932, KCoe Isom has made it our mission to immerse ourselves in making a difference in the lives we touch and the world we live in. We help keep the people in business who feed and clothe the world.

Our consultants partner with companies in every part of the ag industry—from tractor manufacturers, to food growers, to those hauling dinner to your grocery store.

When you come and join our team of professionals, you too will get to know the people behind each of these companies—and develop the savvy to help them see where they can do better and grow, no matter what the economy is doing.
