As manager of internal communications, Debra’s goal is to increase & inspire positive engagement among team members, connecting people for greater effectiveness. Debra reinforces the firm’s concept of “onefirmedness” by acting as internal brand ambassador, telling firm and team members’ stories, promoting successes, and encouraging multi-directional communications.
In addition to providing strategic thought leadership to firm executives, Debra manages all internal corporate communications, from the firmwide strategic plan, corporate intranet, and crisis communications to corporate event planning and day-to-day notifications about operations events such as open enrollment and policy changes.
Previously, Debra served as the Global Marketing Director for PrimeGlobal, one of the top 5 largest international trade association of accounting firms in the world. In that role, Debra facilitated communication between member firms globally, led development of key special interest groups in the areas of marketing and leadership, grew membership, and created communications designed to increase the PrimeGlobal’s stature among international public accounting associations.
