Questions & Answers
If you’re not confident in your next generation transition plan, then this is the workshop to help you get on track quickly. Please contact Pinion business advisor, Becca Simmonds, for any additional questions. (Becca.Simmonds@pinionglobal.com).
What is the value of this workshop?
This workshop condenses months of planning and advisor discussions into two days — equipping you with the foundational steps to begin your succession plan and create a 90-day action plan to guide your next steps.
How many members of my family operation can attend?
It is unlimited as it’s beneficial to have key decisionmakers involved; however, we ask that people from at least two generations attend so that you receive the full benefit of this interactive workshop.
Do I need to register every attendee or just a main contact for our operation?
You only need to register your operation and list one main contact. If you have the names and roles of other attendees, that information can be included on the same registration form. We will follow up with you to gather details about all attendees.
What date can I register through?
(add early bird and advance registration rates) The last date to register is 12/15/25.
What’s the next step after I register?
You’ll receive a confirmation email, and the Pinion event facilitator will be reaching out to you on the next steps.
Do I need to do anything in advance to prepare for this workshop?
Pinion will be sharing a binder ahead of time with materials to collect and worksheets to fill out. We’ll complete the rest of the binder with you onsite during the working session. This is critical for us to effectively assess your operation and provide timely advice. Information such as financials, tax returns, entity information, and any estate and succession work completed before (ex: trusts or transition plans) will be requested after registration and once an advisor reaches out to you.
How many other operations will be at the event?
We’re keeping it to a limited number of families to allow private sessions with Pinion advisors.
What happens if I need to cancel?
The registration fee is non-refundable due to costs incurred with the event set up. If an injury or illness arises, we will work with you to apply your deposit toward a future service with Pinion.
