Peer membership commitment

  • 1-Year Commitment: Members are initially committed to a one-year term, but many choose to extend in favor of building long-term connections. Some of Pinion’s most successful peer groups have been together for over a decade!

  • Prioritize Attendance: We ask that you make every effort to fully attend each virtual session and be fully present during each experience. Engage in peer discussions with curiosity, and openness, minimizing distractions and contributing meaningfully to conversations.

  • Foster a Collaborative Culture: This is a precompetitive environment with peers in the food, agriculture, and CPG sectors. We prioritize compliance with antitrust laws, ensuring open and fair collaboration without sharing sensitive competitive information. Members are encouraged to be vulnerable but should only share what they are comfortable with.

  • Financial Commitment: There is a financial commitment of $2,500 for 6 sessions throughout the year.
