As Corporate Secretary and Regulatory Director, she works closely with clients on federal and state policy matters, offering guidance on issues ranging from universal service reform and high-cost fund changes to consumer protection and wireless spectrum regulation.
With deep experience in advocacy and regulatory strategy, Stacey has played a key role in shaping comments and positions on major FCC proceedings since 2010. She also brings a practical, forward-looking approach to strategic planning, helping leadership teams and boards align around priorities such as growth, revenue diversification, and workforce planning.
