Maxons’s in-depth knowledge of beef, dairy, and other livestock operations contributes to his innate ability to tackle challenges and create innovative solutions for those businesses.

Whether an owner’s goal is to expand and grow the business, discover and leverage core competencies, or protect the current owners’ legacy through careful structuring and estate planning, Maxson applies his experience working on and running his own family’s farm to find innovative ways to make your goals a reality.

Having operated his family’s farm and cattle operations, Maxson brings first-hand knowledge of the daily issues which farm and ranch operations face.  His specialization in livestock, as well as row crop operations, is demonstrated by his ability to help clients successfully optimize, expand, and transition their agribusinesses.
