As HR Manager, Jeannie Blue oversees the human resources function for the firm. She creates and facilitates KCoe Isom people initiatives to ensure we continue to grow as a success-friendly firm. This means that team members are highly successful both personally and professionally. Jeannie ensures that members of the team grasp the big picture as well as their specific role in the firm.
For the past 25 years, Jeannie has been instrumental in the firm’s human resources department evolution. And as the firm expands its geographic reach, her activities and responsibilities become more varied and exciting. No two days are alike. From coaching employees, to developing HR policies, Jeannie delights in meeting and working with all the employees and principals of KCoe Isom.
People rely on her insight into issues that range from accessing health benefits to resolving conflict. Jeannie’s discretion and wise counsel empower employees to be more confident and productive in their daily lives.
Jeannie Blue grew up on a farm outside of Marion, KS, complete with hogs, chickens, cattle, horses, ducks, and geese, as well as grain, wheat, milo, alfalfa, and soybeans. Her brother and family still farm the land. Given her roots, she envisioned working with ag producers to help them grow their business. In essence, she does. Jeannie supports the success of each team member, and the collective team effort makes KCoe Isom clients—most of whom are related to food and agriculture—highly successful.
