Chris Haverkamp is the CEO of Pinion Risk Management, LLC, where he empowers producers and agribusinesses to navigate uncertainty and seize opportunity in an ever-evolving agricultural landscape. With 30 years of experience in ag consulting, Chris has become a trusted advisor to grain and livestock producers, and grain processors.
Before stepping into his current leadership role, Chris spearheaded the Ag consulting divisions at Pinion, including farm program services, land advisory, family business advisory, and farm business management. His deep roots in production agriculture and sharp acumen in risk management have helped him build high-performing teams and cultivate enduring client relationships.
Chris’s influence extends to the boardroom. He has served on the Board of Directors for the NIBA (National Introducing Brokers Association) and on the National Futures Association’s Nominating Committee, shaping the future of financial and commodity markets.
Driven by a passion for community and service, Chris co-founded both the Mother Teresa Charitable Foundation and the Silver Lake USD 372 Public School Foundation, reflecting his commitment to giving back.
