Jason Palmer is an experienced telecommunications advisor with more than 22 years of experience serving the rural telecommunications industry. He works with clients on cost separations, financial forecasting, state rate cases, regulatory audits, and compliance for rural local exchange carriers, bringing a strong foundation in accounting and a practical understanding of the financial and regulatory issues communications providers face.
Since joining the firm in 2020, Jason has supported clients across a range of complex matters, helping them navigate industry-specific requirements with insight grounded in both technical knowledge and real-world application.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma City University and an MBA from Northeastern State University, and he passed the CPA exam in 2000. A Tulsa, Oklahoma native, Jason recently relocated to Colorado Springs with his wife, Haima, and their teenage son, Ethan.
