Quint is a results-oriented leader specializing in water management, earth moving, conservation, revenue diversification, and land services for agricultural projects. His expertise spans project management, investor relations, agricultural economics, agricultural engineering, technology, sustainability, conservation, USDA programs, subcontractor relations, and procurement.

With a strong background in the design, implementation, and quality assurance of agricultural capital improvements and right-of-way projects, Quint has overseen the consultation, preparation, implementation, and quality assurance of plans impacting millions of acres across the U.S. and internationally. His experience includes surface water remediation, drainage systems, earthmoving, mapping, right of way mitigation, and holistic watershed development.

Rooted in his family’s sixth-generation Illinois farm, where he was an operator and partner, Quint also played a key role in its transition to organic production. He has founded a drainage water management company and co-founded a land and water advisory firm. Currently, Quint is a principal at Pinion, dedicated to helping landowners effectively plan and enhance the value of their agricultural properties.
