Dan is a dedicated tax and accounting consultant for the public and private sectors. Over his storied 35-year career, he has honed his expertise in business valuations, tax planning and cash management techniques to aid producers and business owners in optimizing their assets and building healthy operations. He also provides litigation support and forensic accounting services. 

He is passionate about training and equipping practicing CPAs and small business owners. He has developed and facilitated several workshops and seminars for topics on business valuations, succession planning for small and medium sized businesses, cash management techniques, financing alternatives and how to raise capital in a small firm, analytical techniques for audit and review, fraud in small business, financial statement analysis for management advice, and business performance evaluation.

Dan Vuckovich is also highly involved in the community and spends time serving organizations like the University of Great Falls, Great Falls Education Foundation, the Great Falls Youth Soccer Association, United Way and many more.
